Moxie got an iBert bike seat from Bibi and Babu (at the suggestion of Kristin and Glenn). We had a fabulous time riding around the neighborhood. She doesn’t love her helmet yet but we are working on it.
At first she was just curious about what has happening. Then when she started to move she got a little nervous. Finally, after a few minutes and she got used to the wind in her face, she really started smiling. Now she wants to race the bigger kids on the block.
(found this at the bottom of my posts–talk about a blast from the past)
On Sunday morning Strider let me have a couple hours of extra sleep. He and Moxie hung out for a while (she was super fussy–we think teething related) and they spent time in the living room. Well, Moxie calmed down and the two of them fell asleep. Turns out they are synchronized sleepers. I walked out to the living room and what did I find? These two twin sleepers all covered up and stretched out with matching bed head too. Moxie was asleep until I turned on the camera. The only way you can tell them apart is the pacifier.
Strider and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary by going out as a family for Indian food. It was wonderful. Moxie got to have saag and korma and naan and rice. Oh we did too.
